Privacy Policy

How CyberSleak handles information.

This policy explains what information we collect through our website, demo experience, and AI receptionist services, how we use it, and the choices available to visitors, prospects, and customers.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

This policy is provided for transparency and operational clarity. It is not legal advice. If your workflow involves regulated information such as health, legal, financial, or highly sensitive personal data, use CyberSleak only under a written implementation agreement that defines the required safeguards.

1. Who we are

CyberSleak builds AI receptionist and workflow automation systems for service businesses. Our systems may answer calls, qualify leads, request or book appointments, prepare call summaries, and route information to a customer relationship management system, calendar, inbox, or team notification channel.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide through forms

When you submit a website form, request a demo, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, business details, workflow needs, market information, and the message you choose to send.

AI demo and call information

If you use a browser voice demo or an AI receptionist workflow, we may process call audio, transcripts, caller-provided details, phone numbers, project or service requests, appointment preferences, summaries, call metadata, and handoff notes.

Customer workflow information

For implementation work, customers may provide business hours, service areas, FAQs, qualification rules, escalation rules, team contacts, calendar settings, CRM fields, messaging preferences, and sample lead or customer records needed to configure the workflow.

Technical and analytics information

We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, referring pages, pages viewed, click events, approximate location derived from network data, and other usage information through hosting, security, and analytics tools.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and demo requests.
  • Create, test, operate, and improve AI receptionist workflows.
  • Qualify leads, request or book appointments, and route call information according to approved rules.
  • Send confirmations, summaries, handoff notices, and operational updates.
  • Maintain website security, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and measure website performance.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, security, and contractual obligations.

4. Service providers and integrations

We use third-party service providers to operate the website and deliver the service. These may include hosting providers, analytics providers, form processors, email providers, AI voice platforms, calendar tools, CRM systems, messaging tools, and workflow automation platforms. Examples may include Vercel, Formspree, Retell AI, email infrastructure providers, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, Slack, SMS providers, and customer-selected CRM or automation tools.

We share information with these providers only as needed to run the website, respond to inquiries, deliver the demo, configure customer workflows, send notifications, or support the service.

5. Sale of personal information

CyberSleak does not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for targeted advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy before using information in that way.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, operating services, maintaining records, improving workflows, meeting contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting security. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the service provider involved, and the customer workflow.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-based system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for configuring appropriate access controls in their own calendars, CRMs, inboxes, and connected tools.

8. Sensitive information

Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, legal, government identification, or emergency information through the website form or public demo. The public demo is not an emergency service and is not designed for regulated workflows. Regulated or sensitive workflows require written scope, controls, and review before implementation.

9. Your choices

  • You can choose not to submit a form or use the voice demo.
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided to us.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you about a request or demo.
  • Customer workflow data can be updated or removed according to the customer implementation scope.

10. Children

CyberSleak is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy
