1. Use of the website
You may use this website to learn about CyberSleak, request a demo, submit a contact form, or test a public demo experience. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated abuse against our forms or services.
2. Demo experiences
Website demos are provided for evaluation only. Demo responses, transcripts, summaries, and extracted data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not use public demos for emergencies, regulated workflows, sensitive personal data, or operational decisions that require human review.
3. No emergency service
CyberSleak is not an emergency dispatch provider. If a workflow involves emergency calls, urgent safety issues, healthcare, legal, financial, or other regulated matters, that workflow must be scoped separately with appropriate safeguards and human escalation rules.
4. Service inquiries and pricing
Website copy, demo labels, and starter pricing are informational and may change. A submitted form does not create a customer relationship or guarantee service availability. Final pricing, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing.
5. Third-party tools
CyberSleak workflows may connect with third-party tools such as voice platforms, calendars, CRMs, email, SMS, web forms, messaging systems, and workflow automation platforms. Customers are responsible for having the required accounts, permissions, and correct configuration in those third-party systems.
6. Accuracy and human review
AI systems can misunderstand callers, extract incorrect fields, or produce incomplete summaries. Customers should review setup logic, test real scenarios, monitor early performance, and keep human handoff rules in place for sensitive, urgent, unusual, or high-value conversations.
7. Intellectual property
The CyberSleak website, brand, copy, design, and implementation materials are owned by CyberSleak or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission. Customer-owned business content remains the customer’s responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberSleak is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from website use, demo use, third-party tool failures, missed calls, missed appointments, inaccurate AI output, or integration configuration issues.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the website, demos, service offerings, integrations, or operational practices change. The “Last updated” date shows when these terms were most recently revised.
